In 2008, after various careers in other industries, The 4 Van Heerden brother's and their Dad decided to turn up the beat and join forces through the acquisition of Planet Electronics – a small importer and distributor of aftermarket accessories to the automotive trade that only employed 5 people at the time. Over the course of 3 years, the business boomed due to the introduction of infotainment systems to the product line-up and the creation of our house brand ‘Caska,’ the largest infotainment brand in the country. A powerful brand that’s still pumping today after selling over 10 000 units within the first 3 years.
