In these Terms, “Planetworld”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean TOMS Sound & Music (Pty) Ltd trading as Planetworld.
2. WHAT THIS WEBSITE DOES
Planetworld brings together some seriously good technology, products, brands and solutions across home, automotive, professional, commercial and entertainment environments.
The Website is here to showcase them, provide information and help you connect with us.
It is not an online store.
Unless Planetworld expressly says otherwise, nothing displayed on the Website constitutes a binding offer, quotation or agreement for the sale or supply of any product or service.

Any actual sale, supply, installation, project or service will be governed by the quotation, order, dealer terms, project terms or other agreement applicable to that transaction.
3. PRODUCTS, SPECS & AVAILABILITY
Technology moves fast.
Product images, descriptions, features, specifications, colours, functionality, availability and other information shown on the Website may therefore change from time to time.
We take reasonable care to keep Website information accurate and current, but Website content is provided primarily for general information and product discovery purposes.
Before making a purchasing, design, integration or project decision, please confirm any important specification, compatibility, functionality, availability or other requirement directly with Planetworld or an authorised Planetworld dealer.
Nothing in these Terms limits any right or remedy that may not lawfully be limited under South African law.
4. PRICES
Where a price appears on the Website, it is intended as general product information unless Planetworld expressly identifies it as a quotation or offer.
A Website price does not, by itself, create an online sale or entitle a user to conclude a transaction through the Website.
Any applicable quotation, availability, delivery, installation, project or other commercial terms must be confirmed separately with Planetworld or the relevant authorised dealer.
5. OUR BRANDS & THEIR BRANDS
Planetworld represents, distributes and works with a diverse range of local and international brands.
Brand names, product names, trademarks, logos, photographs and manufacturer material appearing on the Website may belong to the relevant manufacturer or other rights holder and are used by Planetworld under licence, authority or as part of the relevant commercial relationship.
Nothing on the Website transfers those rights to you.
6. OUR STUFF IS OUR STUFF
Unless stated otherwise, the Website and its original content, including its design, text, photographs, video, graphics, layouts and Planetworld branding, belong to Planetworld or are used by us with permission.
You are welcome to browse the Website, share links to it and tell the world about something you love.
You may not, without appropriate permission, scrape, reproduce, republish, modify, commercially exploit or distribute Website content.
7. FIND A DEALER
The Website may help you locate independent authorised dealers.
Dealer information is provided to make it easier to connect with the Planetworld network. Unless specifically stated otherwise, an independent dealer is not Planetworld's agent and cannot bind Planetworld merely by being listed on the Website.
Any transaction concluded directly with an independent dealer is subject to the relationship and agreement between you and that dealer, together with any rights you may have under applicable law.
8. LINKS, MAPS & THE OUTSIDE WORLD
The Website may contain links to manufacturers, dealers, social media platforms, maps and other third party websites or services.
Those platforms live in their own world.
Planetworld does not control their availability, security, content or privacy practices and is not responsible for third party websites merely because we link to them.
Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
9. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY & SECURITY
We work hard to keep the Website available, useful and secure.
We cannot, however, promise that it will always operate without interruption, delay or error. Planetworld may maintain, update, change, suspend or discontinue any feature where reasonably necessary.

interfere with its operation or security;
attempt unauthorised access to any system or data;
scrape or harvest information unlawfully; or
do anything prohibited by law.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Planetworld will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising solely from your use of, inability to use, or reliance on general Website information.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, rights or remedies where South African law does not permit Planetworld to do so.
