A BSS Soundweb OMNI 256 processor was introduced as the core of the upgraded system, working alongside the established amplifiers and BSS BLU-DAN infrastructure. This allowed the installation to benefit from new processing capabilities while preserving the value of the existing equipment. But the real transformation was in how visitors could interact with the technology. Using the AMX MUSE automation platform, a custom HTML5 control interface was developed to provide an intuitive way to compare different JBL Professional loudspeaker systems. Instead of relying on complex technical controls, visitors can explore the demonstration environment through a more accessible interface. This creates an engaging listening experience, allowing the differences between loudspeaker solutions to become part of the demonstration itself. The installation also brings together three complementary HARMAN technologies. BSS Soundweb OMNI provides the processing foundation. AMX MUSE delivers the interactive control experience. JBL Professional provides the loudspeaker solutions visitors can hear and compare. Together, they demonstrate how intelligent integration can make advanced audio technology more accessible. For Planetworld, the upgraded Experience Centre is more than an internal technology installation.
