Kicker 44KMTC114W 11″ wakeboard tower speakers with LED grilles (White)
Bigger isn’t always better, but in this case, it kind of is. Kicker’s 44KMTC114 marine tower speakers are an amazing combination of awesome sound and cool lighting. Like all Kicker speakers, these 11” behemoths sound terrific, but with built-in LED lighting and aggressive styling, they bring a lot more to the party. You can adjust the multi-color lighting to suit your boat or your mood, so they’ll add a lot to your evening cruise.
Big sound where you want it
These rugged 11″ wakeboard tower speakers are massive in size, but they’re very easy on the ears. With a durable poly cone and Tractrix high-frequency horn that houses a 1″ titanium-dome compression driver, they’ll cut through wind, waves, and engine roar to deliver big-time sound without harshness. Kicker recommends powering these speakers with 300 watts of power, so make sure your marine amps are up to the challenge.
The 359-degree swiveling clamp system is easy to install and lets you rotate the speakers (without tools!) to suit your situation. Point them aft for water skiing or wakeboarding, or spin them inwards to enjoy your music when you’re anchored out. Whatever you’re doing, these Kickers will make your day on the water just a little bit better than it was already.
If you’re looking to add that much-needed bass response in your boat, check out the Kicker 45KM104 10” 4-ohm marine subwoofer. Designed to perform in either a sealed or a vented enclosure, this versatile subwoofer will provide that “thump” that we all love to hear in our favorite tunes.
Made for Watercraft
Kicker designed and built the 45KM104 10” 4-ohm marine subwoofer to be able to live in some of the harshest conditions known to speakers: the open waters. This subwoofer stood strong in the tests against UV, salt, and fog exposure. The injection-molded polypropylene woofer cone and co-molded Santoprene™ surround do an excellent job against water exposure. The stainless steel mounting hardware is also rust- and corrosion-resistant.
Fill Out That Sound
One of the hardest things for your speakers to do out on the water is to deliver solid bass performance. Here’s where the 45KM104 subwoofer shines: it can do this and does it quite well. It does require an enclosure to perform, though, so you will need to find a suitable home for it. This subwoofer works well in either a sealed or vented enclosure – the choice is yours. If you’re looking for a “free-air” version of the subwoofer, check out the 45KMF104.
Make it a Light Show
Add a Kicker 45KMG10W (white grille) or 45KMG10C (charcoal grille) not only for protection against accidental damage, but also for the LED lighting each of these grilles offer. If you want to up the ante even further, add a Kicker 41KMLC remote control to easily change the color of the lights or to select a particular light theme.
Allow Us to Suggest…
To properly power this subwoofer (assuming you are using only a single 45KM104 subwoofer in your setup), we would recommend a single-channel (or monoblock) amplifier that is stable at 4 ohms. Ideally, the power output of this amplifier at 4 ohms would fall around 200 watts.
