A: Planet electronics distributes product to regional distributers, wholesalers, re-sellers, dealerships and the public. In order to provide the correct pricing to the consumer, we require certain basic information to determine which segment you belong to. Also, many of our products are vehicle specific or require add-on products in order to be complete. once registered, a salesperson will contact you to ensure that your purchase is complete and includes any/all components required for your vehicle.

A: Your details are stored on a secure database which keeps your log-in details to the website. Occasionally Planet electronics will send you information about promotions or specials we are currently running on the site. You can opt out of the emails at any time.

A: Planet electronics has a team of mobile installers which perform the installation at any location (Durban, Gauteng, CT) which is convenient for you. In the case that you fall outside of these areas, Planet Electronics will send you to your closest approved fitment centre to have the installation done.

A: You have the right to return any product within 14 days for a full refund. This only applies if the product is original condition and packaging.

A: Yes. Planet Electronics however reserves the right to charge for the installation and removal of the product if the product is not found to be defective.

A: This website is designed with retail and wholesale customers in mind. If you wish to access the wholesale portal, you will need to select “wholesale customer” when registering. Subject to an approval process, you will have access to all wholesale pricing and will be able to place wholesale orders online. Please note, customers who are purchasing in bulk re-sell and installation will be considered wholesale.
